Blackview makes use of a reliable hand-to-hand courier company (Courier Guy) that services all regions within The Republic of South Africa.

In the absence of a physical address, please contact Blackview at info@Blackview.co.za to arrange for alternative delivery means

Delivery times are between 08h00 – 16h00 weekdays/business days. Please make every effort to ensure that you are available to sign between these times.

Please ensure that the goods being delivered are what was purchased.

Company name, department name, building number, area name as well as city name MUST be completed in your Blackview account. Please specify if the delivery is to be made to a business address, residential address, farm etc. in order to avoid additional charges of incorrect information being supplied. A contact number must be supplied on all orders to ensure that the courier can make contact in the event of a problem.

Collections can also be arranged at Blackview in Centurion, Pretoria free of any delivery charges.

After Proof of payment, Blackview will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within 1 and 5 working days.

It is the responsibility of Blackview’s customers to track their orders. Once your order is dispatched from Blackview’s offices you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website which will enable you to track your order.

If unable to track, please contact Blackview to assist immediately.

If undelivered due to a poor/incomplete address, or in the event that you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, the goods will be returned to Blackview. Two further attempts will be made to effect delivery. After these further attempts, the customer will be required to pay for re-delivery prior to the dispatch of your order.
