1. Return the device to our offices or request us to collect via couriers at a fee of R180.00

We will access / inspect the device and e-mail you a quote for repairs

2. If it's a known issue (eg. screen repair), contact us for a telephonic quote, if you accept the quotation you can bring the phone to our offices or request us to collect via couriers at a fee of R180.00

* If the device is still covered under warranty -

Point 1 and 2 and the courier fees of the above still applies, except that the device will be repaired without charges.

We do strive to repair and return your device as soon as possible but keep in mind that repairs can take between 7 and 21 days.
